- Arts and Crafts Vendors will be open for business: Friday - 5:00 p.m.; Saturday - 10:00 a.m.; and Sunday - 10:00 a.m.
- The Native food concession will open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday; 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Menu includes Indian Tacos, frybread, beef stew, and frito pie.
- These times are approximate. Due to the numbers of people involved in the powwow, we will try our best to begin as close as possible to the scheduled times.

Dancers
- Registration will open at ~4:00 p.m. on Friday and close at 12:45 on Saturday.
- FREE admission for registered dancers and singers. PLEASE use the dancer/singer entrance on northeast side of gym.
- Point System will be used.
- Contestants must be in three Grand Entries to be eligible for prize money.

This is a family event. Alcohol/drugs/weapons/disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and this will be enforced.
